När nu året går mot sitt slut vill vi passa på att tacka för ett gott samarbete med lärare och administratörer som vi mött i verkstad, support och olika typer av användargrupper. Vi är också glada över att vi kommit i mål med flera punkter på verksamhetens önskelista. Vi tänker då främst på de nya närvaro- och grupphanteringsverktygen.
Nästa år kommer mycket fokus ligga på att utveckla och så smått införa det nya kursvärderingssystemet. Men innan dess vill vi önska alla en riktigt god jul.

Importera tomma grupper/sektioner
Vill du återanvända gruppuppsättningsstrukturen från ett tidigare kurstillfälle? Det är nu möjligt med hjälp av fliken Importera i Studentlista.
Vi har utvecklat ett enkelt verktyg så att studenter kan registrera närvaro via mobilen. Närvaron kommer direkt in i uppgiften i Omdömen. Det kommer finnas tillgängligt för alla kurser från och med VT26.
Vi har under hösten bytt textmatchningssystem till Inspera Originality. På Lotsamig hittar du ett flertal filmer om hur du använder verktyget och hur du tolkar rapporterna.
As the year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the teachers and administrators we have worked with in workshops, support sessions, and various user groups. We are also pleased to have delivered on several items from the organisation’s wish list, in particular the new attendance and group management tools.
Next year, much of our focus will be on developing and gradually introducing the new course evaluation system. But before that, we want to wish everyone Happy Holidays.

New QR code tool for attendance
We have developed a simple tool that allows students to register their attendance using their mobile phones. Attendance is recorded directly in the assignment in the Gradebook.
The tool will be available for all courses from the Spring Term 2026.
We have during the fall semester changed the text matching system to Inspera Originality. On Lotsamig you can find multiple videos about how to use the tool and how you interpret the reports.
The videos are in Swedish, but you can set the subtitles to translate to English.
